Default Looking for group

I would like to see a looking for group feature added. It should show what groups are forming in each district, how many people are in it and what quests they are doing etc. Sometimes, I have trouble finding groups for quests and usually end up taking henchmen instead. A feature like this would be great.

It would be a feature in game not something you access on the net. Here is a example from Lineage II. They have a good looking for party feature.

What its showing is who the party leader is, their location, the number of players currently in the group, and what level players they are looking for. It also has a chat feature so you can talk with the player looking to join the group. And you can invite them from anywhere. Something like this would really help finding groups in GW.

ok now i understand further ty. yes i would agree that this is a really good idea. party leaders could just set this up and type in what quest there on all that stuff already on that board is awesome. i always have trouble finding a group because im a ranger but add in a section that would ask for certain professions. For example you need a monk under the profession section just check off the "Monk" button. this whole idea could go very far in GW and i support it 100%

/signed that too!

I imagine it could be another window, that shows the currently formed groups in the city (regardless of district if that is technically possible) from that you could either join a group or form one.

In the case of GuildWars only those people should be invitable to a location to which they've already been.
Otherwise we'd have lvl1 characters on an asscension-quest which makes the lvl20 after the asscension.

That's a good idea.

It would cut down on the local chat spam. If you could start a group that spans all the districts, so anyone could see who is looking for a group in all districts, rather just your specific one. Have it list the leader's name, what quest (and/or bonus) they are doing, and what professions they are recruiting. List the district they are in, or be able to click on their name to Whisper if you want more info/invite.

I have understand to suggestion this way:
you have to be in the same town as the group-leader to see his group, but it doesn't matter in which district you are in.

if you could see all groups in all towns, it would be way too much. Just all groups in a town, regardless of your and their district.

that is a great idea
